4th World Martial Arts Games were held in Sydney at Whitlam Centre Liverpool on 12 and 13 September 2009. The competition was very intense with world class athletes attending from USA, Canada, Germany and Australia. White Wolf Martial Arts paticipated with 28 competitors, winning 55 medals, including 18 Gold. We proved once again our high international level against top world competitors. White Wolf competitors in action at 4th Wolrd Martial Arts Games, Sydney, Australia. It was an open event to all styles: karate, taekwondo, kung fu, kick boxing, kempo. We entered kids from 8 yo to adults at 49 yo.

Great competition.. It’s worth watching..
One of the most psychologically beneficial aspects of martial arts training is the increase in self-confidence.Martial arts also tend to focus on mind/body integration through a combination of meditation and physical activity.
